Celebrations & Destinations, LLC Events:

Celebrations & Destinations, LLC event services are booked and paid directly to Celebrations & Destinations, LLC. We accept  money orders and debit/credit cards. All payments must be paid by the due date determined at booking. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the cancellation of your event’s coordination with Celebrations & Destinations, LLC. Your event will be taken off of our calendar and we will not continue to coordinate your event. We will also keep any material developed for your event. Refunds will not be provided. 

Celebrations & Destinations, LLC Travel:

Celebrations & Destinations, LLC individual and group travel is booked through KHM Travel Group. KHM Travel Groups accepts personal checks, money orders, and debit/credit cards. Payments by personal check must be received 14 business days in advance of the vendor’s payment due date. Checks and money orders must be made payable to KHM Consulting, Inc. All payments must be paid by the due date determined at booking. Failure to pay by your due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. Refunds are not provided for all cancellations. Refunds are only provided if your booking agreement provides a refund option. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance will help ensure that you will receive a refund if your vacation is cancelled.

Is Celebrations & Destinations, LLC a certified and licensed company?

Yes.

Do I need to make monthly payments?

It is not required that you make monthly payments, unless it is part of your agreement. It is suggested that you make monthly payments.

What happens after I make my reservation or book my event?

You will receive a confirmation by email detailing the specifics of your trip/event. Please review the documents carefully to ensure all details are correct.

What happens if my travel companion/roommate doesn’t make his/her payment or cancels his/her booking?

It will depend on the vendor agreement. Please contact us to review your agreement.

Can I make a name change?

Name changes may be available. Availability is dependent on the vendor agreement. Please contact us for additional questions or review your agreement.

Do I need a visa/passport for my vacation?

Please visit https://travel.state.gov for all travel documentation requirements.

Where can I learn about any health hazards for the region that I am traveling to?

Please visit http://www.cdc.gov for any health hazard questions and concerns.
