Deposits
Single, Triple, and Quad Cabins -
The deposit of $99 per
person is due by September 19, 2025 to receive the reduced group rate.
Double Occupany Cabins -
We have 24 cabins on hold. The deposit of $99 per person/$198 per stateroom (based on double occupancy) is due by September 19, 2025.
Final Payment
Final payment is due April 6, 2026.
Cancellation/Cancellation Fees
All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by MSC Cruises. The MSC Cruises cancellation policy is reflected below.

Name Changes
Name changes can be made until 7 days prior to departure at no cost to the guest. Name changes within 7 days of the depature date will be considered a cancellation subject to the above cancellation charges. An original passenger must remain in the booking for the name change not to be considered a cancellation, in which case the booking will be subject to the above cancellation charges.

Above charges do not include cancellation or change fees which may be applied by air carriers, hotel and/or land service suppliers, which

MSC's sole liability shall be to refund amounts received less the amount due to MSC pursuant to its refund and cancellation
policy.
Passport and Visa
Requirements
U.S. Citizens are
required to have a valid passport issued by the U.S. Government, a passport card, a valid trusted traveler program card (FAST, NEXUS, or SENTRI), an enhanced driver's license (EDL), an original or
certified birth certificate and government-issued photo ID, a Military ID with offical travel orders, or a U.S. Merchant Mariner Document. Children under the age of 16 are required to have a
passport, a passport card, and/or a certified birth certificate.
Gratuities
(Service Charges)
Passengers ages 2+
are required to pay Service Charges of $16 USD per night. The charge can be pre-paid. If the charge is not pre-paid, then the charge will be added to your on-board account during
sailing.
WiFi
Shipwide WiFi is not
included in your cruise. There are two options available for purchase.
The "Browse Cruise
Package" allows you to text on messenger services, browse the web, and send emails using your device. The service is unlimited, provided 24 hours, and can be (for additional charge) used on multiple

Stream Cruise Package" allows you

Dining
Options
Dining preferences may be requested on a group level for the entire group or may revert to the booking experience level on an
individual bases. Dining requests will be accepted at the time of initial allocation. All efforts will be made to honor the request, however, dining assignments will be made on the basis of
availability at the time of group finalization. Early Dining is 5:30 pm. Late Dining is 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
Drink
Packages
Complimentary
non-bottle ice water, iced tea, lemonade, basic brewed coffee, and hot tea is provided at the self-service buffet and during meals in the main dining rooms. Basic fruit juices and milk are
typically offered during breakfast, as well. Sodas, energy drinks, bottle water, specialty coffees, alcoholic beverages are not included. There are 3 drink packages available for purchase (Premium

Parking at Port
Canaveral
Onsite parking is available at Port Canaveral. The price is $17 per day, but is suject to change. There are other less costly options available that may require a shuttle service. Prices typically
start at $10 per day for offsite parking.
MSC Transfers
Transfers from the airport or hotel can can be added to your reservation. They can be booked anytime and you can make changes up to 48
hours before departure. A cancellation fee applies after that. MSC recommends booking at least 48 hours in advance. Learn more: MSC Transfers
Insurance
Issues can arise
that prevent you from traveling. It is important for you to protect your invest.
MSC Cruises provides a plan that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Baggage, Emergency Assistance and Transportation, Medical and Dental Coverage, and more. The coverage is
